Independent Provider Relationship:
Guppy Meds LLC does not function as a medical provider, is not licensed to practice medicine, and does not itself offer medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical services, including consultations, prescriptions, and other therapies, are rendered by licensed clinicians or associated professional entities. These providers operate independently from Guppy Meds LLC and are solely responsible for all professional clinical decisions. Your use of the Platforms or establishment of an account does not establish a patient-provider relationship with Guppy Meds LLC.
Telehealth Service Limitations:
The platform is designed exclusively for the delivery of certain medical services via telehealth or remote consultation. It is not a replacement for in-person medical examination, comprehensive medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Certain medical conditions may necessitate specialized care, in-person evaluation, or alternative clinical resources. If your independent provider determines that your condition cannot be appropriately managed remotely, they may refer you for in-person care. Prescription and Treatment Responsibility:
Any prescriptions issued are at the sole discretion of the independent provider following their review of your submitted health information. You agree to abide by your provider's professional judgment regarding the suitability of any prescription or other course of treatment. Guppy Meds LLC neither controls nor supersedes the clinical judgment of these independent providers. Guppy Meds LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from the medical advice, treatment decisions, or care provided by these clinicians, including, but not limited to, delays, inaccuracies, or adverse events.
Inherent Risks of Remote Services:
You acknowledge that remote or virtual medical services inherently involve certain risks and limitations, even when performed with the utmost care. These limitations may include incomplete diagnostic information, technological failures, communication delays, or restricted access to physical examinations. Such limitations can potentially impact diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring. You agree that Guppy Meds LLC is not responsible for any injury, harm, or property damage resulting from these inherent limitations or from your reliance on the medical services delivered through the platform.
