California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice

This California Privacy Notice applies only to California residents (“consumers” or “you”) and supplements the information contained in the Guppy Meds LLC Privacy Policy. This notice is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA or CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Guppy Meds LLC does not sell your Personal Information for money.
We also do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 18 years of age.
If our use of advertising or analytics technologies is ever deemed to be “sharing” under California law, California residents may have the right to opt out as provided by applicable law.

Only you, or a person legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
Your request should include enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity and understand the scope of your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may not be able to complete your request.

10. Response Timing

We aim to respond to verifiable requests within the time required by California law, generally within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will inform you of the reason and extension period as permitted by law.
We do not typically charge a fee for responding to requests unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline the request as permitted by law.

11. Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and legal or operational requirements.

We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acknowledgment of the revised notice.
